Shipping And Handling
UK parcels are sent by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48 hours depending
on the size of the parcel. Overseas are sent by either Royal mail/ Parcelforce
Air. Postage is calculated based on the weight of the items using
standard Royal Mail / Parcelforce charges. The shopping cart will indicate
an amount that covers postage and packing. If this is found to be incorrect,
for reasons such as additional packing requirements or excessive weight,
we will contact you via email. If you wish to request airmail or surface
mail or any other postage options please include these details in the supplied
message box on the checkout page.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are sent are normally processed and despatched by the next day as
received (Monday to Saturday). Orders are sent by Royal Mail/ Parcelforce
48 hours depending on the size of the parcel. In the event of non delivery
inform us by email, fax or telephone between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday
and we will look into the matter for you immediately. International orders
are sent by Royal Mail/ Parcelforce Air.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock but is expected shortly we will back order for
you. We will inform you via email. Otherwise the item out of stock will follow
your main order.
